A selection chosen from the best wines of the Rhône Valley such as l’Hermitage, Crozes Hermitage, Vinsobres and many others. The vineyards of our region will reveal all of their secrets to you.

Allow yourself to be engrossed with the stories of our rich viticultural history by our head sommelier, while relishing in the aromas emanating from glasses our of best wines.

Oenology is a passion that ought to be shared, offer yourself an exceptional moment of comfort (Groups start at 8 people).

Our chef creates fresh and seasonal produce in a variety of savory and refined samplings, paired with our best wines in search of the perfect accord.

Yves Ruspeler, sommelier by trade and by heart, is boundless in his knowledge of wine varieties, as well as the magic of the aromas from the wines of our great country. With his wine cellar, he offers you the very best, sharing the oenological treasures he regularly finds in local domains with you.
